    Collections and Delivery Options

    COLLECTIONS

    Processing of orders take up to 1 business day. You can collect your items 24 hours after the auction closed. Please pick them up within our operating hours. You will have up to 7-days to collect your goods after the auction has ended. Goods are safely stored at Auction Chamber premises.

    COURIER

    We understand a collection is not always possible. Auction Chamber will arrange a quote should you prefer to have your goods sent by courier, alternatively you may arrange with your own courier company to collect. Simply send us a message to make arrangements. Please note a packaging fee is applicable.

    DELIVERY

    Often goods are just too big, expensive or fragile to courier. No problem, we can deliver within Gauteng. Simply send us a message for a delivery quotation.

    PACKAGING

    We highly recommend having your items professionally packaged before courier or delivery to ensure they arrive safely. We charge a small packaging fee to cover the cost of the materials, as these are not freely available to us. If you’d like to learn more about your options and pricing, just send us a message!
